Amos Bentzur is leading the Medical and Healthcare system regulation practice at Shibolet, advising healthcare systems and industries (public and privately owned), HMOs, pharmaceutical companies, clinical trials, startups, manufacturing, importing, release to – market, distribution, deviations, recalls, etc., medical device & digital health companies and service providers, the logistic centers in the industry in Israel, supply chains, pharmacy chains and most of the medical cannabis “players”. Mr. Bentzur is well known for his strategic contribution to clients, finding the right ways to open new markets. Amos was the owner and founder of Amos Bentzur law firm which merged, in early 2022, with Shibolet Law firm.

Mr. Bentzur is considered a worldwide expert on GMP/GDP regulation in Israel and outside of Israel, serving a variety of prestigious clients ranging from individual entrepreneurs to large HMOs and local and international public companies.

Mr. Bentzur is an expert and strategic consultant for healthcare systems and institutions, pharmaceutical companies, regulation, medical equipment manufacturers and companies, distributors and pharmacies, food and perfumes. He advises on these issues to multinational companies and collaborations, investors in projects in Israel and abroad in medical centers and companies in these fields.
