Aviram Grumer

Aviram is a partner in the Investment Funds Department.

Aviram has extensive experience in establishing various types of closed-end and open-end private investment funds, such as VC funds, PE funds, hedge funds, credit funds, fund of funds, feeder funds, single-asset funds, and other pooled investment vehicles, as well as in providing ongoing legal advice to such funds and their sponsors, including on regulatory and commercial matters.

Additionally, Aviram represents limited partners (LPs), including institutional investors and multi-family offices, in their investments in domestic and foreign private investment funds.

Alongside his experience in private investment funds, Aviram has extensive experience in capital markets, finance, M&As, and corporate law.

Before joining Shibolet & Co., Aviram was a partner at a prominent firm in Israel in the field of investment funds.

Furthermore, as part of a relocation to the Netherlands, Aviram served for more than 3 years as the General Manager and General Counsel of a Dutch corporate trust administration company, where he provided services to international private investment funds, among others. This role equipped him with expertise in finance, administration, international tax, and AML/KYC compliance, giving him a unique edge in his investment fund practice.
