Batia is a partner in the Litigation practice at Shibolet. She specializes in Commercial Litigation for a variety of local and international clients.
Batia holds a Master of Law degree (LLM) from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), with specialization in Commercial Law and Tax Law.
Batia has special experience representing large scale lawsuits that involve complex commercial issues in the fields of Corporate Law and contracts, in addition to representing the firm clients in all commercial and civil law cases, including Contract Law, Corporate Law, Real estate and Class Actions. Batia appears in all courts and tribunals including arbitration and mediation.
