Chen specializes in handling complex commercial litigation matters on behalf of a broad range of clients and has vast experience in disputes concerning corporate governance and contract law, tenders law, class actions and competition law.
Chen represents clients before all judicial instances, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings and has experience in representing clients in international arbitration proceedings.
