David is a partner in Shibolet’s Energy & Infrastructure practice, specializes in the fields of Infrastructure, Project Finance, Tenders and Real Estate.
David has extensive experience in world-wide real estate transactions, including complex construction and development projects, due diligence investigations concerning real estate properties and strategic planning of such projects, and providing advice to global real estate holding companies.
David possesses extensive experience in complex project finance transactions, which encompass all of the various related regulatory aspects, spanning the life cycle of the transaction in its entirety.
Such broad experience incorporates some of the largest and most prominent infrastructure projects ever initiated in Israel in a variety of fields, such as: roads and railways, ports and desalination facilities, industrial complexes, military facilities and others.
Amongst David’s broad roster of clients, many of Israel’s leading financial institutions and governmental companies, as well as Israeli and Israeli controlled global corporations involved in international real estate and infrastructure transactions and also foreign corporations and conglomerates which participate in Israeli infrastructure projects.
