Dorit specializes in representing local and multinational employers in various issues of labor relations, including providing ongoing advice with respect to recruiting employees, termination of employment processes and reductions-in-force, adaptation of policies, compensation programs, engagement with contractors and implementation of Israeli labor laws. Furthermore, Dorit is consulting clients regarding employment and engagement of employees and consultants abroad, particularly in matters related to relocation of employees from Israel.
Dorit accompanies and represents international commercial transactions, and represents clients in labor courts and other judicial tribunals.
