Eyal is an accomplished commercial lawyer, combining a strong academic background, with vast practical legal and business experience together with an ever-growing worldwide network of contacts. This extensive background enables him to understand client’s challenges and advise them on all aspects of their business. In particular specializes in the field of Intellectual Property and Technology Law, including commercializing of technology, financing transactions and founding of new ventures in various industries. Being a high-tech entrepreneur (Internet/Software Industry), before practicing as a lawyer (2000-2001), led Eyal to adopt a “Business First ” approach, gaining in depth understanding of the business aspects of proposed businesses and transactions, and adopting the proper legal solutions to fit them.
Also developed a specialty in representing foreign infrastructure companies aiming to the Israeli market. Represents local and international, large and SMB commercial clients and provides legal services on an ongoing basis, as well as on major milestones of the clients’ business lifecycle, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Financing, and Licensing.
Eyal leads the firm’s Spanish Desk and with 20 years of practice, Eyal is very well educated and experienced with the business and legal sectors in both Israel and Spain as well as most of Latin America countries. Eyal is a long-term member of the managing committee of the Israel-Spain Chamber of Commerce and enjoys a vast network of connections in all levels in Spain (business community, governmental officials, consultants etc.), combined with being a native Spanish speaker, enables him to provide a wide and diversified range of legal advisory services for Israeli clients on their transactions and business across Spain and Latin America, as well as assisting foreign companies from all industries seeking to do business with Israel or in it.
Born in 1972. Trained in a top Israeli firm, from 1998 to 2000. After his training, from 2000 to 2001, served as the COO of Followare Web Solutions Inc. (start-up company in the Software/Internet Industry). In 2002 founded Oren & Co. Law Offices, and in 2008 joined with his practice and clients to form Harpaz, Oren, Adler & Co Law Offices, which in 2022 merged with Shibolet & Co.

Academic activities
Eyal held a position of an adjunct lecturer serving as Co-Director of the Intellectual Property, Law & Technology Clinic in the Law Faculty of the College of Management – Academic Studies Division, and also has been an assistant lecturer in the field of Intellectual Property Law for LL.B and LL.M students of the College of Management – Academic Studies Division (2005-2008).
