Guy is an associate in the firm’s high-tech department, specializes in commercial and corporate law, representing a wide range of start-ups and corporations in international and domestic transactions, as well as on-going corporate and commercial advice to private and public companies in their various aspects of the business.
Guy has knowledge and experience in drafting complex commercial agreements such as license agreements, distribution and services agreements and agreements involving data protection, intellectual property, technology provisions, etc.
