Ibrahim has extensive experience and profound knowledge in all tax fields. Ibrahim is also a certified accountant and before joining Shibolet, worked for KPMG’s Tax Department for several years. Ibrahim specializes in advising clients on the tax aspects related to complex transactions, as well as day-to-day tax advice, preparing legal opinions on legal matters and also has expertise in the tax aspects and services relating to real estate transactions.
Ibrahim is also very experienced at representing clients in various tax proceedings before the Israeli tax authorities and in tax court litigation.
