Jonathan is a partner at the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution department.
Jonathan specializes in the field of insolvency & restructuring, and advises clients in complex proceedings in this field, including liquidation proceedings, stay of proceedings, corporate rehabilitation, creditors’ arrangements, as well as individual bankruptcy. Jonathan represents, among others, court-appointed office holders, creditors, debtors, investors,and company officers.
Additionally, Jonathan has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation cases, and he represents clients before all judicial instances, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
