Keren has over 18 years of experience in the labor and employment field resulting in extensive knowledge and in-depth experience of the unique needs of HR departments in various organizations, both unionized and non-unionized.
Keren accompanies and represents companies in all aspects of employment relations, including union negotiations (including emerging unions), M&A’s, regulatory procedures and governmental permits, reorganizations and cutbacks, and represents employers in labor court instances and in front of quasi-judicial tribunals.
Keren also has vast and specialized experience in representing employers within the Kibbutz industry.
Keren’s labor law experience coupled with her knowledge of commercial aspects and familiarity of a wide variety of clients, allows her to provide comprehensive and professional service that integrates commercial and legal aspects.
