Liat leads the firm’s Australian Desk and with 15 years of practice, Liat is very well educated and experienced with the business and legal sectors in both Israel and Australia.
Working closely with leading Australian law firms and with the Australia-Israel Chamber of Commerce, she provides a wide and diversified range of legal advisory services for Israeli clients on their transactions and business across Australia, as well as assisting individual Australian entrepreneurs and corporations on their various investments, energy and infrastructure transactions, setting up and drafting of project financing vehicles and other financial arrangements, real estate (including luxury apartments), corporate matters, technology and innovation (including tech transfer and licensing), cross-border corporate and M&A transactions, joint ventures and supply chain management activities.
Liat advises private Israeli entrepreneurs and Israeli based companies aiming to penetrate or expand their business operations to Australia, from inception, through formation of companies, to setting up the legal structure of the sales structures (appointment of authorized dealers/sales agents) with a deep understanding of the local and global aspects of cross-border trade.
