With over 25 years of experience and a profound understanding of the ever-changing business environment, Lior has earned an outstanding reputation in leading high-end, complex, cross-border transactions and is recognized as a leading expert in venture capital and strategic investments, and in structuring and establishment of venture capital funds. He also specializes in complex, cross-border M&A and capital markets transactions, having been the lead counsel in some of the most innovative transactions in the Israeli market.
Lior has vast experience working with international markets, extensive connections in the United States and Europe, and 15 years of experience working in China. Lior offers his knowledge, legal, and business perspective to his clients who wish to penetrate or already work in these markets.
