Lior specializes in the Project Finance, Energy, and Infrastructure department. As part of his work, Lior assists in guiding entrepreneurs, banks, institutional bodies, and international groups in extensive projects in the fields of energy and infrastructure.
Lior provides support and advice at every stage of the Tender process, from the preliminary stages (PQ) to proposal submission and the management and operation of the projects. He aids in analyzing regulatory exposures for his clients, developing solutions, and providing ongoing legal advice in commercial practice.
