Maya has expertise in several areas of legal counsel and representation in the corporate and commercial spheres, in particular in the more advanced phases of corporations’ activity.
She has vast experience in a range of commercial matters, especially in navigating complex commercial transactions, with close attention given to both the client’s commercial strategy and the legal-contractual aspects of the transaction in the light of the bigger commercial picture.
Maya regularly represents clients in merger and acquisition transactions (on the side of purchaser or seller), both in Israel and abroad.
Over the years, Maya has advised clients in a number of IPOs on foreign stock exchanges, and provided ongoing counsel to publicly traded companies (both on the TASE as well as foreign stock exchanges) on various matters, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance matters, related party transactions, and compensation policies.
In addition, Maya counsels early-stage companies on a range of matters, from incorporation procedures through to the various stages of raising capital.
