Michal is a partner in the Real Estate practice at Shibolet and a member of the Executive Committee.
Michal joined Shibolet’s commercial and corporate practice thus, she brings to the table over 25 years of extensive expertise and experience in the field. Her vast experience in the commercial practice enables her with unique perspective on complex real estate transactions.
Michal has deep knowledge of the real estate market in Israel and is an expert in that area with extensive experience in conducting and advising large scale real estate companies as well as representing HNW individuals.
Michal advises entrepreneurs on real estate projects from the initial stage of acquisition of the land to project completion, represents clients in JVs, handles partnership agreements, transactions for development of commercial and residential properties, purchase and sale of real estate properties, financing agreements, combination agreements, as well as, purchase groups and representing clients in related litigation and alternative dispute resolutions.
Michal has substantial experience in various urban renewal projects in an ever-changing regulatory environment.
In addition, she has extensive expertise in real estate financing transactions and construction loans, and advises both financing parties, including insurance companies and other institutional entities, investment funds, and borrowers.
