Miriam is an associate in the commercial department and the capital market department of the firm.
Miriam specializes in commercial, corporate and securities law, in which she provides ongoing legal advice to public and private companies in various fields, and represents them in a variety of transactions, including capital raising.
Miriam began her career in Russia, where for 5 years she worked in the largest private bank as a legal counsel specializing in various fields of law including commerce, banking, and corporate, in addition to advising on the issuance of new securities. After immigrating to Israel, Miriam continued her legal practice in the field of bankruptcy of public companies and securities law.
Academic activity
Miriam is a lecturer for preparation courses for Israeli law exams (that are part of the process of obtaining a bar license in Israel for expatriate lawyers that received their initial degrees abroad) and for project “Masa” that was founded by the Israeli government and the Jewish Agency for Israel.
Other activities
Miriam is a volunteer in various projects to support and protect the rights of repatriated lawyers in Israel.
