With over 15 years of experience, Olga is a qualified lawyer under Russian law and a Certified Information Privacy Professional under GDPR, having worked as an attorney in a major international law firm before becoming the director of legal and compliance at a data center.
She has represented domestic and international companies on a variety of matters. Over the past 8 years, Olga has specialized in the fields of privacy, data protection, and anti-bribery compliance, advising a variety of clients on their practical implications.
Among other things, such advice includes ensuring anti-bribery and personal data compliance, drafting data protection policies, negotiating data protection agreements, and tailoring practical solutions to compliance and privacy issues due to the applicability of foreign regulations such as GDPR.
