Has vast experience in urban renewal projects such as TAMA 38 and vacate-and-build representing real estate developers and private land owners, and provides legal advice with respect to all aspects of the project, from the initial stage of project to planning proceedings, contracting with banks for financial support, advising on guarantees, up until the successful completion of the project.
