Shani is an associate in the firm’s High Tech and Venture Capital Department.
Shani provides legal advice and support in international, M&A, corporate, commercial, and financing transactions. Shani has experience representing and consulting Israeli and international companies operating in the hi-tech, services and industrial sectors.
Shani joined the firm in 2016 as an intern and then as an associate in the firm’s High Tech and Venture Capital Department.

- During her studies at Bar Ilan University, Shani participated in a summer internship program at Judge Martin Shulman’s office, a judge in the New York Supreme Court.
- Shani volunteered as a staff member at the “Omek” Center which deals with legal-social-legislative research, characterization and diagnosis of gaps in public policy and the formulation of recommendations, bills, regulations and auxiliary tools within the parliamentary framework.
