Yehonatan is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property department and the Tender Law department.

Yehonatan takes part in all of the IP Department’s activities. He accompanies the department’s dispute and litigation matters, including drafting court documents, representation in court at all levels, and providing legal advice. In addition, Yehonatan assists the department’s clients in enforcing their Intellectual Property rights, including Copyright, Trademarks and Designs, from the preliminary consultation stages to the completion of registration of trademarks and designs and their renewals (including hearings, opposition procedures etc.). Yehonatan also assists Shibolet’s various departments in IP related matters, including transactions, service provider agreements, contracts, M&A, IP rights enforcement and general counsel.

Yehonatan’s work in Shibolet’s Tender Law Department includes accompanying state-owned enterprises, statutory bodies and dual-essence entities in managing tender procedures and competitive procedures in projects of significant financial scope, and in different and diverse fields (including infrastructure, services, consultants, technology, etc.). Yehonatan also accompanies private entities (local and international) in preparation for competitive procedures and tenders and during the pre-contractual period. This includes drafting legal, professional and financial clarification questions, drafting and editing offer documents and assisting in different legal procedures.

Other activities

  • Yehonatan served as the chairman of the Hebrew University Law Students Association. In this role, Yehonatan handled complicated matters within the faculty and the university, and externally, including serving as a consultant to the students’ representatives in a public committee of the Israeli Department of Justice.
  • Yehonatan served as a director of the Hebrew University Law Faculty Alumni association.
  • Yehonatan worked as an intern in a loss adjusters office, and practiced loss adjusting prior to, and during, his law degree.
