Yotam specializes in high tech, securities, corporate and commercial law, representing a wide range of start-ups and corporations in international and domestic transactions, as well as on-going corporate and commercial advice to clients in their various aspects of the business.
In addition, Yotam works with dual – listed public companies, trading both on Nasdaq and TASE, in all corporate and securities issues, corporate governance in both Israel and the US together with their day-to-day commercial activities.
