Lior Aviram refers to the report on “improper payments” paid by Frutarom in Russia and Ukraine, while key members of Frutarom’s senior management were aware to this at the time:
“It is quite possible that Frutarom’s senior management may not have known about the case and these payments, even though the IFF explicitly reported that key executives were aware of it. The information released now in the reports may prove to be incorrect or inaccurate later in the investigation.”.
